If anyone is wondering if the electronic music scene is alive and kickin in Seattle, look no further the breakbeat duo Theory in Motion. Their sound brings to mind Crystal Method and The Chemical Brothers, but still has a unique flavor all its own. The two guys behind Theory in Motion, Danny James and Dillin Quent have been serious about their music careers since 1997. In addition to being a DJ, Danny studied Audio Production at the Seattle Art Institute, and Dillin, who also has a DJ background, has 10 years of classical piano training. Their first album “Are You Real?” was released back in 2004, and the duo are now back at it with a new release scheduled for Summer 2006.
