Sitcom fans from the late 80s and early 90s will no doubt love this one. Perfect Strangers was a sitcom that ran for 7 or 8 seasons during that time period and while I don’t remember a whole lot about it, I still to this very day remember arguably the dorkiest immigrant character ever to grace the TV screen, Balky.
