Sound in Color

Each musician has a unique approach to the creation of their music. Sound In Color, a collective of talented emcees, producers, and DJs, uses color as their primary inspiration. I really can’t do their mantra any justice, so I’ll just cite it here:
At SOUND IN COLOR, each masterpiece is painted with the shades of life. The blank canvas is approached with a palette of styles and a collage of concepts traveling towards a new sound.
It’s an interesting concept for sure, and one that works well for Sound in Color. The diversity in style of the Sound in Color artists is impressive and can be heard when listening to samples of the 6 albums that have been release by Sound in Color artists so far. It’s profesional, solid music that is very “conceptual” in that it just doesn’t sound like anything else out there. There’ve also introduced some multimedia formats as well such as a DVD called MU.SIC: Pixelated Pulse, in which Sound in Color partnered with Dolby Surround to create the ultimate surround sound music experience.
