This group is notable not so much for the content of its forum topics, but instead for the numerous pictures of Japanese teenagers that are sporting a seriously progressive sense of street fashion. Granted, every culture has those who are on the tail ends of the bell-curve, but these Japanese kids are taking things to a completely different level. A casual observer might think that there’s some sort of Halloween festival going on, but to some these outfits are an everyday thing. See it to believe it.
